When you clear your interview history, the usage records that describe those runs go too — how many there were, and which band they landed in. Leaving those behind would make “clear the lot” untrue. The same applies to speaking sessions.
It costs us the metrics. That is the point of the promise.
Recording happens in your browser and never leaves it. When you close the tab, the recording is gone. What we keep is the transcript, so a score in March can be compared with one in June.
Not your manager, not an admin, not on request, not for a large enough contract. Team reporting shows group averages only, and shows nothing at all until five people in that group have practised that month.
There is a button for it. Open Plan, scroll to the bottom, and it is there on every plan — including the free one, where cancelling and closing are the same thing. You type your email address to confirm, and it deletes your runs, transcripts, speaking sessions, CVs and achievements. It cannot be undone.
If you are paying, that stops the subscription as part of the same action. If you only want to stop being charged and keep what you have, cancel instead — same screen, just above.
For a full copy of your data, email hello@thegreenroom.guide from the address on the account. We will confirm it is you, and answer within one month — usually the same week.
Payment records are the one exception. We have to keep those for six years, and no request can override tax law.
